PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Pick-Up & Delivery Policy
We offer convenient options for picking up your pheasants or setting up delivery. Our team ensures safe and reliable transportation for your gamebirds. Both pick-ups and deliveries are required to be scheduled. Online schedulng is offered through our 'schedule' tab at the top of the website. Please keep in mind that the date/time you choose online is subject to change. We will email you a confirmation of the time you pick, and we will also send an email if rescheduling is needed. Pick-ups take place at the farm, where a team member will gather your birds and safely transfer them into a ventilated bird box. If you prefer to bring your own enclosure for transport, please ensure that it is well ventilated and big enough to hold the proper amount of birds. Each customer is required to fill out a 'purchase agreement' form. All forms are provided at the day of purchase. Feel free to contact us for more details about our pick-up and delivery methods.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of pick-up or delivery. Our payment methods are cash or card. For card transactions, we utilize 'Square', a payment processing facilitator that is customized to Platte River Ringnecks. Any and all information collected during the entire process of purchasing pheasants, is kept confidential and is only utilized when the customer has agreed to inform P.R.R of such information. Contact information (name, phone, email, address) is only used for communication purposes between P.R.R and the customer. Payment information is only utilized at the time of payment to complete the transaction. All customers are required to complete the 'purchase agreement' form, which will be provided to customers at the time of bird pick-up or delivery. Any and all pheasant sales are final, and there is no option regarding return of birds purchased or refunds. If for any reason, a customer is unfit or unable to house and/or properly care for their pheasants (purchased from Platte River Ringnecks), Platte River Ringnecks is capable of taking back full ownership of said pheasants- with no refund eligible for the customer. All customers will be given a copy of their purchase receipt and the purchase agreement form.
